What personal data we collect

Browsing this website asks nothing of you. There are no accounts, contact forms, comment boxes or newsletters, so no personal data is submitted through the site itself.

When you email us, we receive whatever you choose to include — typically your name, your email address and the substance of your request. Please share only what the request genuinely needs.

Our hosting provider may keep short-lived technical logs, such as IP addresses and browser identifiers, to keep the site secure and available. We do not use these records to identify individual visitors.

Why we use personal data and on what basis

We use correspondence to answer your enquiry, to plan and carry out the arrangements you ask for, and to keep proportionate business records.

Your details are seen by the Meridian Bridge team members handling your request; by the counterparties engaged to deliver what you asked for — an air operator, a hotel or a clinic, for example; and by the technology providers that run our email and hosting.

A worldwide service means correspondence may be handled from more than one country. We keep what travels to the minimum a specific arrangement requires.
